NOTICE Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article IV, Section 21 (D)(1) of the Louisiana Constitution that on May 29, 2019, Entergy Louisiana, LLC ("ELL"), an electric public utility providing retail electric service to customers in forty-six (46) parishes of the State of Louisiana, filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission ("LPSC"), its Formula Rate Plan Rider Schedule FRP Interim Update and workpapers, including the final estimated first-year revenue requirement for St. Charles Power Station. The filing reflects the resulting interim Formula Rate Plan ("FRP") factors necessary to recover the $109.546 million revenue requirement associated with the placement in service of St. Charles Power Station.
